Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 and $4.50 for each additional item.
Domestic shipping is sent through Australia Post standard delivery service. On average you should expect your order within 2-10 working days from shipping date. Please note: These are only estimated times, it can often take longer. Public holidays, your location, customs and weekends have not been factored in. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak holiday seasons. If you place your order on a Friday, your parcel will usually be shipped the following week as our facilities and the postal systems do not run over weekends.

This is applicable for orders of 2 or less items, for every additional item there will be an extra $5.
Shipping is sent through DHL International delivery service, International orders do come with tracking if you do not receive your tracking details for any reason- please contact us. Postage delivery time varies, however you should expect your order within 5–15 days. Please note: All countries are variable to change and are estimated times only. And any issues such as postage strikes or custom delays have not been factored in. Delays may occur during public holidays and peak holiday seasons. All applicable taxes, custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer & will differ between countries. For more information on import tax thresholds we suggest you contact your local postal provider as these are the recipients responsibility.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, you will also receive an email once your order has been shipped. Order and Shipping confirmation emails are ALWAYS sent automatically through the order process, if you have not received yours please check your junk mail as it has most likely gotten lost in there. If you still have not received it, it is possible that your email service has blocked it due to high security settings or you have incorrectly entered your email in checkout.
**Check your shipping address Carefully**
Ensure addresses are written correctly, even the smallest error can result in your order getting lost
in the postal system. If you make an error contact us immediately before your order has been dispatched as orders can not be re directed once they have been sent. We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing when addresses have been entered incorrectly. If you are lucky and your order gets returned to sender you will be liable for the re-shipping cost.

**Back orders/ Pre orders**
Please take notice when placing your orders, if it is stated as a “back order” this means the item is currently not in stock and you are placing a “Pre order”. Shipping time for Pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however this means you are first in line and will receive your order as soon as possible!
