Q. HOW TO PREPARE YOUR TANZEE FOR USE
Congratulations on the purchase of your first Tanzee. Can’t wait to try it out? Before you do, please read through these instructions.
Always wash your thoroughly Tanzee before use. We’d recommend washing several times to ensure no dye runs, especially if your Tanzee is a dark colour and you have light coloured linen. If you’re concerned about your linen we’d strongly suggest choosing a lighter coloured Tanzee.
When using your Tanzee do not sleep with wet hair, harsh face creams or any other products that may affect the life of your Tanzee, as well as avoiding heated blankets when tanning. Use a cool gentle machine or hand wash, dry flat, do not iron and remember to always treat your Tanzee with care.
Q. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR TANZEE
To ensure your Tanzee continues to provide stain-free and blissful sleeping, it is important to know how to care for your Tanzee. Wash your Tanzee separately in a cool gentle machine. If you want to be extra careful, we’d recommend using a delicates bag. Keep in mind wear and tear is to be expected and your Tanzee product will not last forever, however by following these steps you can prolong the life of your Tanzee. We recommend replacing your Tanzee every 6 months for best results.
Q. DESIGN & CLAIM OF TANZEE THE FAKE TAN BED SHEET PROTECTOR
Tanzee is a Patent Registered product that ensures tan free and blissful sleeping. Comfortably designed, Tanzee is a double-layered sleeping slip made up of a built in pillowcase and a protective flap for the quilt. Tanzee comes in three sizes, Small 210 x 88cm, Medium 230 x 120cm and Large 230 x 145cm, allowing you to move around without staining the sheets.
We DO NOT guarantee that Tanzee can prevent all tan stains. We have tested Tanzee many times and we are very confident that you will not need to worry, however, due to a number of variables it is impossible to guarantee that Tanzee will prevent all tan stains. Every customer is different so please be aware that in some situations tan residue could be left behind. Over time your Tanzee will show signs of wear and tear. For best results we recommend replacing every 6 months.
Q. WHAT ARE TANZEE’S FAKE TAN BED SHEET PROTECTORS MADE OF?
Tanzee is made from a 100% vegan-friendly, high-quality Microfiber Art Silk fabric that keeps you both cool and snug. Unlike other fabrics, Tanzee’s Microfiber Art Silk fabric does not draw excess amounts of moisture from your hair and skin. Instead, your skin and hair will stay moisturized for longer and your tans and overnight creams will stay on you – not your bed sheets.
Q. DO WE SELL ANY OTHER PRODUCTS?
Yes, we do. We sell a variety of other products such as our Luxury Tanning Robe and Tanzee Sleep Masks that can be used while tanning or whenever you like!
Q. CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Yes, you can. We offer gift cards ranging from $10 to $200. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. It’s the perfect option when you’re not too sure on what to get – because we all love stain free sheets!
Our change of mind return policy lasts for 7 days. If you change your mind after this period Tanzee does not offer a refund or exchange. Please read through all the information provided in our terms and conditions prior to purchase. We will accept a change of mind return provided they meet the following guidelines:
- Returned within 7 days
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED with all original tags/labels attached
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item meets our faulty product guidelines and is returned within 1 months time with proof of purchase.
We have a 1-month warranty on all products (excluding gift cards). Within this time frame, we will offer you a replacement or refund for damaged products ONLY if they meet our faulty product guidelines which will be assessed on a case by case basis.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us at email@example.com and we will advise you on the next steps to take. Once we receive your item it will be inspected and this will determine if you will receive a replacement. Once this is processed we will notify you. Tanzee does not cover return shipping costs. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for postal errors. To avoid lost items, it is important to triple check your address when placing an order. If you believe that your product is faulty please contact us with the email address listed above.
